Getting Started

There is only one way to rent.

 

Rent for a specific date:

 

1. Find It: Filter by size, occasions , designers and more to find the best look. We have hundreds  of dresses from different designers.

 

2. Reserve It: Choose a delivery and return date, and rent for 3 or 8 days.

 

3. Receive It: The dress will be delivered via courier service delivered to your home or hotel from 10am-9pm on your delivery date. (they will contact you and will take the address)

 

4. Return It: Place items in the provided packaging bag (which includes an information label). The courier service will pick it up from 10am-10pm on your rental return date as you organized with them. We’ll handle the dry cleaning.

We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and the amount of insurance fee covers minor stains and damage.

 

(Insurance is included for Unlimited members.) However, significant damage and theft aren't covered under the insurance.

 

If the item is damaged beyond repair or  the item is never returned, the fee is the retail price of the item. 

At this time, we only ship orders within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Orders must also be returned from within Riyadh Region.

We do our best to ensure your dresses arrive wrinkle-free. Each dress is steamed and pressed before being sealed in plastic and placed in a garment bag.


If you receive a dress with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat or contact  the costumer service for advice.

Yes, we dose charge VTA on rentals and purchases.

We take great care to clean the dresses.

 

We are dealing with the best cleaning companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and certain standards so that it’s ready for you to wear.

Our rentals between 3 or 8-day reservations. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look. Think of it this way:

 

Day 1 - Receive your dress and try it on and find the right shoes and accessorize for the dress.

 

Day 2 - Wear it (and work it) at your event

 

Day 3 - Return your rental

12am Policy

If the dress you've been eyeing is not currently available for your event date, keep checking back. While we do not have a wait list for styles, it may become available!

We automatically select the correct delivery option to ensure your items arrive to you between 10am 9pm on your rental delivery date.

 

Standard: 50 SR

We only offer our dresses for rent at this time.

Simply click here to send them invites to get started. When a friend you’ve invited rents via 12am Reserve and returns her first rental, you’ll receive a promotion code for SR100 towards a future rental.

• You are entitled to cancel the dress with our notice and you are given the full amount paid with the deduction of the transfer fees imposed by the bank if the delivery date is more than 15 days.


• If your notice of cancellation less than 15 days from the date of delivery and more than 48 hours from the date of delivery (50%) of the value of the amount. 


• If you cancel your rental dress within 48 hours of the delivery date, a (25%) of the rental value will be returned only to your wallet.

Go to your “ Account” page, select “Edit " on the left side, then scroll down to update and change your password and the email address.

You’re charged at the time you make your reservation — it’s similar to booking a flight.

There are a few reasons why your promotion code may not be working:

 

The promotion has expired.

 

The order does not meet minimum value requirements.

 

Our promotion codes are case sensitive; copy and paste the code directly from the email.

 

Only one promotion can be added to each order; gift cards and promotion codes cannot be combined.

 

You selected "Gift Card" and not "Promo Code" when checking out.

 

If none of the above reasons apply, please contact us and we’ll help you find the issue.

If you receive a notification that your credit card was declined, please make sure to confirm that the billing address and zip code you entered on your order is the same as what your credit card company has on file.

Planning Your Rental

Deliveries are made between 10am and 9pm during the week.

You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1 day before your event. 

Yes we do require a signature for delivery, it’s not safe to leave the package at the address without someone available to sign for the order.

Renting For Prom

Why spend hundreds on a dress that you’ll only wear once? With 12am, you can wear an on-trend, designer dress and only pay a fraction of the retail cost. Look & feel amazing on your special night!

If you call before 5pm, we can overnight you another dress in time for your event. Email us or call us and we'll send you an available style for extra delivery charge. If the style you select is more expensive, you will be charged the difference in price. If the style is less expensive, you will be given a merchandise credit for the difference in price.

Insurance is automatically added at checkout. It covers slips, spills, and aggressive dance moves -so don’t sweat it!

Renting For Brides

We provide access to thousands of premier designer dresses and accessories for your wedding events.

No, we do not allow alterations on any of our items.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to change your order. In the "Orders” section of your “My Account” page, you can see which adjustments can be made. If your order has already shipped, you can’t make any changes. Have questions? Email us and we can help.

Returning my Order

Late Fee Policy

We take pride in meeting and exceeding the expectations of all of our customers by providing an exceptional experience that begins with an on-time delivery. When a dress or accessory is not returned to us on time by a customer, or is lost or stolen, it impacts our ability to deliver on our promises to other customers and it harms our business. Because our products are unique and not replaceable, we cannot purchase additional products to fulfill orders due to late returns. We rely on our customers to return our products on time so that we can ensure other customers will have their dress for their event. Please review our Late Fee Policy below which explains how to return your rental products and outlines the late fees charged for late returns.

The date to send back your rental items is stated in your online invoice. In order to avoid a late fee:

 

Send back the products you rented in the return packaging bag provided to you by 12am.

 

Please note that you are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return. Do not leave your rentals with any third party (hotel, mail room, friend) for return.


*If you lose or fail to return the 12am black carrying case, you will be charged SR50.

If you return your rental items late or not at all, you will be charged a delay on the rental rate per day on the credit card you used for the order (or any other credit card listed in your account). You will be charged up to 100% of the retail value of the products you ordered, in addition to the applicable sales tax. These late fees are in addition to the rental fees for the products.
If you do not return a rental within 20 days after the return date, your arrears will be considered irrevocably returned and 12AM will collect your maximum Visa or Debit Card fees, less any charges plus applicable sales that you have already paid. In addition to the punishment of the court as in the contract.

If you received your order in a black carrying case:

1. Place the clothes inside the case’s with the hangers. We handle the dry cleaning.

2. The delivery company will contact you and pick it up.

Booking a Styling Appointment for Wedding Dresses

If you need to reschedule, please email us and rebooked your appointment at least 4 days before your visit. Cancellations made within 4 days of your appointment and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Insurance

While it is unfortunate, items that are rented out experience normal wear and tear as well as other damages. If you receive an item that has already been damaged, please notify us immediately and schedule a 'Fit Return' within 24 hours and we will refund you in full once the lender gets the item back to them.

You pay a  insurance fee to cover small, fixable damages (up to 200SR worth of repairs). If an item has a larger damage to it, or is lost, stolen, or unfixable, we will have to charge you the replacement cost of the item, or current monetary value of the item. Just note, we work with you to find the lowest price possible to replace the item.

When you place an order you agree to the Terms & Conditions, which states any irreparable damage made to a garment will result in a charge of:
Full retail price for current season garments
50% off the retail price for past season garments

Lender Q's

General

Lenders get 50% of the basic rental fee + dry cleaning fee.

If you want to wear your item, just simply send us an email so you can return within 3 days.

Lending allows you to retain ownership of your item, so you have the option of wearing it again. Plus, by lending out your item on 12am, you can earn an indefinite amount of money, whereas selling it, you only get paid that one time.

The moment an order is complete is when lenders will get credited. Their funds will transfer directly to  your bank account at the end of each month.
